The KDW-660/18 mine explosion-proof and intrinsic safety type uninterruptible power supply (hereinafter referred to as the Product”) is the explosion-proof electrical equipment used in the explosive environment, and can be used in the environment of the underground mine with coal dust and explosive gases. This product can provide power for the mine intrinsic safety type equipment, serve as the special power supply for KJ379-F mine substations, and receive the power-off control signals of the KJ379-F mine substation to perform the power-off function. The plumbic acid storage battery is arranged in the power chamber in a matching way as the backup power supply, and shall operate automatically when the alternating current power supply is cut off. This product is the mine explosion-proof and intrinsic safety type with the explosion-proof mark as Exd[ib]I.

Main product features

1). Novel circuit design: this product is the intelligent product controlled by the monolithic processor, and the circuit designs of the master control board and the power board of this product are novel and simple, matching with the clever software design, so the functions of the product are stronger, the circuit is simple, the components are fewer, and the failure rate of the whole product is low.

2). Complete backup power supply: this product adopts large-capacity battery as the backup power supply, and the storage battery shall operate automatically when the alternating current power supply is cut off.

3). Intelligent charging function: the monolithic processor can detect automatically, and the charging shall be performed automatically promptly when the battery power of the battery is in the under-voltage state.

4). Power-off and power recovery function: the product shall receive the power-off control signal of the KJ379-F mine substation to perform the power-off and power recovery.

5). Power-off function after opening the cover: the direct current output shall be cut off automatically when the interior of the enclosure meets the light after the cover is opened. The power-on opening of the cover is prohibited during the actual use.
