JMJC-B Multi-function Sensor Failure Detector

1. Usage and ApplicationRange

The JMJC-B multi-function sensor failure detector is the instrument which is mainly employed in detection, maintenance and overhaul of the sensor functions of the safety monitoring system. The instrument can perform detection, maintenance and overhaul of the sensor functions of all the safety monitoring systems, which is a multi-function auxiliary tool provided for the maintenance personnel of the coal mine safety equipment, and the maintenance personnel of the safety equipment can detect all the functions, the operating condition and the failure condition of the sensor s rapidly by using the instrument.

2. Product Features

(1) Digital display: all measurement data are shown in digital meter, and the display is clear and visual.

(2) Simple operation: the operation pushbuttons and knobs of the equipment are scarce, the operation is simple, it is convenient for use, and it is easy to master.

(3) Provision of the required power supply for the normal operation of the sensor: the JMJC-B type multi-function sensor detector provides a direct current constant voltage power supply with the continuously adjustable voltage output of 0 to 30 V, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the detected sensor.

(4) Over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection: when the output voltage/current exceeds a certain range, the power supply shall cut off automatically, to guarantee the safety of the detected sensor.

(5) Operating voltage and current display: when the instrument provides the operating power supply for the sensor, the operating voltage and current of the sensor are displayed.

(6) Two-way independently adjustable frequency signal input display: the two-way independent analog signals can be detected simultaneously, and the frequency detection range is wide. Each way shall be adjusted by the vernier knob, and the different input frequency signals shall be detected separately.

(7) Two-way signal input display with independently adjustable switching value: the two-way independent current signals can be detected simultaneously, and the adjustable range is the constant milliamp current of 0 to 100 mA. When detecting the sensor, the current signal of the sensor can be determined, with accurate measurement. The display module accuracy of the milliamp current is high, and the display is constant, in addition, the milliamp current can also be used for the detection of other current signal equipment.

(8) Realization of the detection of the power-off function of the sensor: the detector provides the input check and the display of the multi-way frequency signals, and the detection of the power-off function of the sensor can be achieved.

(9) Various complete and flexible operating methods: all output and output signal ways shall be used either independently or integrally. The output and input of the detector is led out with the general wiring board so that the users can connect to different connectors, different sensors or other equipment according to their own needs, thus to meet the detection and the verification of the sensors of different manufacturers, it is unnecessary to replace the hardware, and it is extremely convenient for use.
