General

The KJ379 type coal mine safety monitoring system (hereinafter referred to as the system) is developed through the most advanced computer monitoring technology, network technology and electronic application technology. This product is applicable to the real-time monitoring and recording of environmental parameters such as gas, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, air velocity, temperature, etc. and the states of the startup / shutdown, feeding, etc. of all the equipment on ground and underground mine, and is able to transmit monitoring information to the information center of the coal office through the computer network. The system improves the safety monitoring level of the coal mine greatly, and also effectively improves the disaster prevention capacity of the coal mine.

The ground parts of this system is mainly composed of a monitoring host (brand computer) installed in the monitoring center, a standby monitoring machine (industrial control computer or brand computer), a mine data transmission interface device, a printer, UPS and the like for data acquisition, data analysis, processing, controlling, setting, displaying, printing and so on. The high-speed Ethernet technology is adopted for the ground network part of the system to establish the local area network of the computer, which connects the monitoring host, the standby monitoring machine and the monitoring terminal; the operating stations (monitoring terminals) can be set in the mine manager’s office, the chief engineer’s office, the safety room, etc., to promptly and accurately provide information on the mine monitoring system for the managerial personnel of various levels. Moreover, the system can realize the sharing of the computer software and hardware resources. According to the requirements of the users, the functions such as the information management, the office automation and so on can be added into the system. Each operating station can view and print the real-time data without interference to each other, check and print historical data and graph, and perform data analysis at the same time.

The monitoring software of the system can operate under various operational systems such as Win2003, Win2000, WinNT4.0, Win98, Win95, etc., the programming tools such as VC6.0, SQL2000, ASP, etc. are adopted to program the software, and the software has the characteristics that the function is powerful, the running is stable, the interface is friendly, the operation is simple, the response is rapid, etc.

The underground part of this system is a monitoring substation, the underground substation integrated the power supply boxes, substations, circuit breakers, air electricity and gas locking devices, backup batteries, audible and visual alarms of other substations, however, the structure with the whole machine of reduced volume greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operating personnel for installation and maintenance and the cost performance ratio of the product. The power chamber can be used separately from the master control chamber according to needs. The exchange function of the input signal analog quantity / switching quantity of the substation of the system leads to the flexibly use of the product. On substation shall fit the monitoring of monitoring areas with various types and various numbers of monitored contents.

The system communication adopts the frequency-shift keying binary time division system and on-polarity connection, so it not only has the features of low cost and good anti-interference capability, but also is convenient for the use and connection of the user.
